Wine vinified in Bordeaux Rouge. The plots enjoy an excellent period of sunshine. There are two kinds of wines. Its blending is made with 55% of Merlot and 45% of Cabernet Franc. It exist two wines Les Tours de Haute-Nauve. One aged 6 months in barrels. The other one will stay in stainless vat during all is ageing.
The potential of ageing is 5 to 10 years.

55% Merlot – 45% Cabernet Blanc
Beautifully deep red colored with purple tints. On the noze, you can feel aromas of red fruits. The attack is aggressive by the power of tannins due to his youth. The finish is medium long. Accompanied with cheese, roasted poultry and red meat. It is a pleasant wine that can be drunk at every opportunity from now on and for a maximum periode of 7 years if bottled.

AOC SAINT-ÉMILION GRAND CRU CUVÉE « SON ALTESSE DE HAUTE NAUVE »
Wine with the appellation Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Its first vintage is the 2009. It represents 4.40 acres, which come from 3.40 acres of Merlot situated on the hillside and 1 acre of Cabernet Franc upon an argileous and sandy soil at the bottom of the hillside. The blending is made with 80% of Merlot and 20% of Cabernet Franc. It’s a pleasant and fruity wine with one final long and elegant. It’s the first cuvee from the Château Haute-Nauve which has a potential of ageing of 10 to 20 years.

Dark coloured with deep purple tints. A young nosing that needs to age and develop barrels aromas, woody and some freshness. Its attack is velvety, with acidity. The post-nasal drip is fruity with notes of cherry and Morello cherry. Its finish gives a good freshness to the wine. Wait 5 years before drinking.
